Everything you need to know before sending an item back. Read the rules below, then call us to start a return.
Rules & regulations
30-day window, original condition, original payment refund.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests after day 30 are not accepted.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and free gifts that came with the order.
- Custom-made cricket bats, personalized gear, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (innerwear, socks, mouthguards, protective padding) are only eligible if the factory seal is unbroken.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is out of stock, a full refund is issued instead.
Not eligible for return
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Products showing clear signs of use, wear, or washing.
- Custom cricket bats ordered through the Bat Builder (unless defective on arrival).
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
